The fast-paced corporate world has been Aneesa’s home for 20+ years and in combination with her STOTT Pilates certification, intensive training, education and experience she has acquired an in-depth understanding of the physical demands placed on the body, including the muscles that are underutilized and those that are overused.

Working with clients of all ages and fitness levels provides her a well-rounded approach to individual needs. She is no stranger to selfless executives who ignore pain until it becomes debilitating. Working with athletes and many individuals looking to enhance core strength, lose weight and/or relieve pain, Aneesa uses her expertise to incorporate exercises that both challenge and heal the body.
